THE NETHERLANDS: Appie Mussa and StuntKabouter to accompany Joost Klein on stage!

Last night, the stage director of the Dutch delegation, Gover Meit, revealed on the Dutch TV show ‘Sophie & Jeroen’, Appie Mussa and Stuntkabouter will take the stage in Malmö with Joost Klein, not only supporting him, but also performing the song ” Europapa” with him.

Appie Mussa , also known as Abdulahi Mussa Ali, is a Dutch actor, especially known from TikTok. He has participated in the YouTube series Vakkenvullers and Herres, from which he gained particular recognition in the Netherlands. StuntKabouter, aka Martijn van IJzeren, is a notable Dutch YouTuber and actor. Both artists appear in the music video for “Europapa”.

Last Saturday, the stage director of the Dutch participation, Gover Meit, had made the first revelations about the staging of the Dutch participation, mentioning characteristically in the show Shownieuws that it will be something innovative, and that ” it will be a new form of landing in moon “.

During yesterday’s talk show, the Dutch stage director, who also stars in the “Europapa” music video, clarified that his reference to a “moon landing” on stage may have been an exaggeration. In particular, he stated that his statement was mainly intended to convey that the act we will enjoy on stage is designed to create a special impact on the Eurovision audience, comparable to the global fascination caused by the Apollo 11 mission in 1969.

We remind you that this year the Netherlands has been drawn to the second semi-final of the competition, which will take place on May 9th, and indeed in the last place, thus closing the curtain on the appearances of the two semi-finals.
