SWITZERLAND: Listen to the orchestral version of "The Code"

The orchestral version of The Code

One day before the Grand Final of the 68th Eurovision Song Contest, one of the favorites to claim this year’s prize, released a new version of their song. And we are talking, of course, about Nemo and “The Code”.

This is a new orchestral performance of the song, in collaboration with the Biel Solothum Symphony Orchestra. Nemo proves once again, that they deservedly hold the title of one of the favorites, through their amazing vocal abilities.

Notably, they chose to wear the outfit worn by Celine Dion when she won the 1988 Eurovision Song Contest for Switzerland in Dublin, Ireland.

Switzerland managed to qualify from the 2nd semi-final and will compete in the 21st place in the order of appearance of the Final. Will they manage to win first place?

  • Appearances: 63
  • Appearances in the Grand Final: 52
  • First Appearance: 1956 (1) / (2)
  • Last Appearance (up to date): 2023
  • Highest placement: 1st (1956, 1988)
  • Lowest placement: 22nd in the Semi Final (2004)
