The Sanremo Festival 2024 is getting ready to go into the past as today marks the fifth and final night of the great celebration of Italian music. Through the four previous nights, this year’s 30 contestants did their best to win the vote of accredited journalists, the newly formed radio committee, and the television audience.

Admittedly, this year, the level of participation is particularly high and interest in the winner of Sanremo 2024 is huge. Also, many distinguished guests left the stage of Teatro Ariston this week, each putting their own stone on the huge success of this year’s Festival. A success orchestrated by the Festival’s artistic director, Amadeus .
The program of Serata Finale
Amadeus saved the best for last. His alter ego over the years, who has been acting as artistic director and presenter at the historic Sanremo festival, had the one and only Fiorello as his companion. February 10th is expected to be a huge (time-wise) night of endless Italian finesse and witty humor as only this duo can deliver.
Before the start of televoting, Amadeus will present for the first time the overall ranking of the 30 contestants, which is expected with great interest.
First phase of the Serata Finale
During the first phase of tonight’s final night, the 30 artists who are participating in this year’s Festival will take to the stage of the Teatro Ariston to perform for one more time, perhaps the last time, their entries. The TV audience will vote and determine tonight’s score, which will be added to the score so far. After the voting is completed, the final ranking of the 30 artists will be announced. The top five artists will advance to the Superfinal.
Serata Finale Superfinal
The five artists who were in the first five positions of the final ranking will once again present their entries this year. The score they had accumulated up to that point will be reset to zero and everyone will be judged from zero. The three bodies used to form the score will contribute to the final result as follows:
- Press Committee (33 % of the total vote)
- Radio Committee (33% of total vote)
- TV audience (34% of total vote)
The artist who collects the most votes in this new vote will be declared the winner of the 74th Sanremo Festival.
Odds for the winner
According to the bookmakers, tonight’s battle will be huge and will be decided at the wire. Angelina Mango is currently in first place by a narrow margin over runner-up Geolier, who finished in first place on both the second night and last night’s fourth, when he received loud boos from the audience in Teatro Ariston. In close third place we meet Annalisa, while the top five are completed by Irama and Loredana Bertè.
The OGAE Greece poll
The readers of OGAE Greece had the opportunity to vote in the poll conducted and to choose their own winner. Once again, the participation in the voting was massive and, in fact, this year’s was one of the most ambiguous of recent years, with the top constantly changing hands during the week. In the end, Mahmood emerged as the winner with a percentage of 26.28%, while Annalisa was very close to him in second place with a percentage of 25.06%. The first five are closed by Il Volo , IRAMA and Angelina Mango .
