EUROVISION 2024: The results of the First Semi Final!

The very first Semi Final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 is over and we now have our first set of 10 qualifiers for Saturday night’s Grand Final.

Live from Malmö, Sweden, both EBU and SVT have broadcasted a very good show which lasted almost two and a half hours. Malin Akerman and Petra Mede were the main hosts.

The show started with a special throwback at the Eurovision Song Contest 1974, when Sweden marked its first victory with ABBA’s “Waterloo”. All viewers celebrated the 50th anniversary of this victory while the opening act featured popular eurostars Eric Saade (Sweden 2011), Chanel (Spain 2022) and Eleni Foureira (Cyprus 2018) who performed their respective competing entries.
