We are almost a month before the EBU’s deadline for submitting entry files for Eurovision 2023, and all the delegations are in full swing. The Cypriot delegation, which has started its preparations very early, is working feverishly to release this year’s song, with which it will compete in Liverpool. As you already know, Cyprus has chosen its artist, Cypriot-born Andrew Lambrou, by internal selection. The song, as we have informed you, has already been recorded.
Andrew has been in Athens since yesterday, for the preparation of the Cypriot participation. The whole Cypriot delegation along with PANIK Records have been preparing intensively in order to do everything that is needed to get the file of the Cypriot participation ready.
Before coming to Athens, as revealed by make up artist Mike Orfanides, he made some shots with the Cypriot Representative in Limassol. As of today, according to our information, the action moves to Greece. The main purpose of this trip is to shoot the official video clip of the song. Also, meetings have been scheduled with the Greek media for the communication promotion of the participation.
After the completion of the video clip and his meetings, Andrew will return to Australia.
