Eurovision 2023: The Running Order of the semi-finals has been revealed!

The running order of the two semi-finals of the 67th Eurovision Song Contest was determined today. The UK broadcaster, the BBC, decided the order in which the competing songs will take the stage in May, which was confirmed by Martin Österdahl . It should be noted that from 2013 until today , the producers of the show decide the order in which the competing countries will appear in the semi-finals.

1st semi-final – 9th of May

A total of 15 countries take part in the first semi-final. The semi final will be opened with one of the favorites of this year’s competition, Norway , and will end with another big favorite, Finland!

  2. Malta
  3. Serbia
  4. Latvia
  5. Portugal
  6. Ireland
  7. Croatian
  8. Switzerland
  9. Israel
  10. Moldova
  11. Sweden
  12. Azerbaijan
  13. Czech republic
  14. Netherlands
  15. Finland

France , Germany and Italy will also vote in the First Semi-Final .

2nd semi-final – 11th of May

The second semi-final will be opened by Denmark and will be competed by Australia.

  6. Cyprus
  7. Iceland
  8. Greece
  9. Poland
  10. Slovenia
  11. Georgia
  12. San Marino
  13. Austria
  14. Albania

Ukraine , Spain and the United Kingdom will also vote in the 2nd semi-final of Eurovision 2023.

The top 10 countries from each semi-final will qualify, who will meet the Big 5 as well as last year’s winner Ukraine in the Grand Final on Saturday 13 May 2023 .
