Narek Jhangiryan, the designer of Brunette’s outfit, explained the story behind  of the whole inspiration. The concept is based on the Armenian history and the clothing elements. The central detail is the belt which is the key of the outfit.

Also, Brunette will wear a special metallic detail over her heart, inspired by the lyrics “heart in chains” futured on the rap part of the song.

The upper elements of the dress will be inspired by “Mother Armenia” monument.

People from Brunette’s team state:

“Brunette’s dress reflects her complex state of mind, as inner panic binds her and her dress blocks her movement. In contrast, her pants allow for free movement and secure monumentalism, while the colors remain minimalistic.”

Brunette’s hairstyle is inspired by the famous braids of Armenian women. While many believe that Armenian women tied only two big braids, small ones were also quite common, as evidenced by the styling of children’s hair in ancient times in Tehran, Van, and Georgia. The designer combined the hairstyle from the “Mother Armenia” monuments of Yerevan and Ijevan to create Brunette’s unique look.

As silver accessories were preferred among ancient Armenians, the stylist incorporated silver colour into Brunette’s earrings and rings, as luxurious Armenian necklaces would not be compatible with her outfit.
